Pat is an honest and caring person, I’m glad I found her. A few years ago, I was diagnosed with pilonidal cyst disease. Unfortunately, I waited too long to get treatment, and needed surgery. Pilonidal cyst disease isn’t curable, but the monthly electrolysis treatments alleviate the symptoms, and help prolong the need for surgery. Pat is very accommodating, tough when she needs to be, but does it in a friendly manner. She tells the truth. Her goal is to not have you come if you don’t need to. She looks out for her clients. I’m glad I found her, because not all electrologists will work on this issue. She is an awesome and caring person.
